A Note From The Captain
Dear Friends of the Downeast Rover,
A new sailing season is here and we look forward to tranquil cruises on picturesque Roanoke Sound with views of Jockey’s Ridge and the birthplace of flight as just some of the backdrops. The Rover offers an unique way to experience the Outer Banks with views of soaring osprey, frolicking dolphin and breathtaking sunsets. Whether you choose to enjoy a day trip in the sun with friends and family, a special event or a romantic sunset sail - Welcome Aboard!!!
The Downeast Rover sits in the center of beautiful downtown Manteo with access to restaurants, accommodations and other Roanoke Island attractions.
Enjoy “fair winds and following seas” . We hope to see you soon.
Captain Kim Winslow
